Non-Standard Employment, Work Environment and Health

Description

Non-standard employment includes a wide spectrum of employment e.g. marginal part-time, temporary employment and platform work.

Non-standard employment is often associated with unfavourable aspects including income and job insecurity, vulnerability, lack of rights and temporary contracts as well as poor work environment, which in turn may affect workers health.

This course will cover the current knowledge and possible interpretation of research on the area of non-standard employment and health.
