Description
Arbejdsmiljøarbejdet bliver ofte opgjort ved at se på udviklingen i reaktive mål som arbejdsulykker og sygefravær. Det Nationale Forskningscenter for Arbejdsmiljø har været med til at udvikle et koncept for 14 proaktive arbejdsmiljømål for de virksomhedsprocesser, der fremmer sikkerhed, sundhed og trivsel. De er både relevante for mindre og store virksomheder, og man kan løbende opgøre resultaterne på tre forskellige måder afhængig af konteksten. De kan tilpasses til alle brancher, og virksomheder kan anvende dem som KPI’er og til intern og ekstern benchmarking.Number of audience
