Vision Zero for arbejdsmiljø er baseret på et forebyggende og proaktivt mindset, der omfatter både sikkerhed, sundhed og trivsel. På workshoppen præsenteres konkrete erfaringer og resultater fra virksomheder i Danmark om, hvordan de inddrager linjeorganisationen i arbejdsmiljøarbejdet, hvordan AMO inddrages med viden og daglig støttefunktion for lederne, og hvordan proaktive arbejdsmiljømål kan hjælpe med til at fastholde ledernes fokus og flytte virksomhederne mod et højere forebyggelsesniveau.Number of audience
