Research interests

I am employed as a researcher in the research unit "Ergonomic work environment".

My interests are within measuring and detecting workload to reduce musculoskeletal disorders (MSD), and thereby improving the working environment. A particular interest in improving the working environment and worker health is to develop tools that can be implemented without large behavioral changes, for example by using new technology. In line with the digital development and the increasing use of algorithmic management at workplaces, I have a particular interest in investigating the possibility of integrating a healthy working environment into algorithmic management.

Generally, I and NFA focus on conducting relevant research in collaboration with the labor market that can be implemented at the workplaces.
