Description
I projektet undersøger vi isolater af human-patogene svampe for resistens mod svampemidler typisk brugt til behandling af mennesker. Dette gøres på tværs af arbejdsmiljøer (bl.a. økologisk og traditionelt landbrug, affaldsbehandling, indendørs samt i sundhedsvæsenet) og over tid. Svampene er fra prøver taget med personbårne samplere, som opsamler luftbårne mikroorganismer som kan trænge ind i luftvejene. Vi kan således få et udtryk for, eksponering for fungicidresistente svampe i arbejdsmiljøet i form af: resistensprofil, artsidentitet samt eksponerings-niveau.
