Working to the older age: assessing psychosocial resources in the working environment as decelerators of cardiometabolic disease development

The purpose is to examine the role of workplace psychosocial resources in preventing cardiometabolic diseases (CMD), especially for employees with pre-disease conditions.
Work packages (WPs) are:

WP2: Workplace psychosocial resources as decelerator of the transition from pre-disease condition to clinical disease
WP3: Simulating joint interventions targeting resources at work and lifestyle factors among employees with and without pre-disease conditions
