Description
nanoPASS aims to showcase a new concept, shifting the testing focus from late in vivo endpoints to early in vitro key events (KEs). We will predict AOs by in silico propagation of the in vitro-observed evolution of early KEs, guided by mechanistic knowledge, in particular adverse outcome pathways (AOPs).
