I am employed in the research programme 'toxicology, nano safety and microbiology'.
My research includes toxicological investigation of both pristine nanomaterials and nanomaterials embedded in a matrix such as paints or lacquer. I focus on toxicological effects in relation to cancer and cardiovascular disease.
