Personal profile

Research interests

I'm interested in the reproductive field. In the project "Med mor på job"/"With mother at work" I'm invetigating the assocation between the combined risk from stress and physical work factors and different negative health outcomes in the mother, e.g. sickness absence during pregnancy, the growth of the child during pregnancy and the behaviour of the child later in life. In my PhD project, I investigated the association between fertility treatment and the risk of depression for both women and men.

Furthermore, I', also involved in two projects about the risk of asthma and allergy. The first project is about stress at work and at home among pregnant women and the risk of asthma among their children, and the second project is about the use of spray products among cleaners and their risk of allergy.

I have primarily worked with epidemiological studies, register-based as well as questionnaire data.
